What is The Art of Unwinding?
At 99c, we are always exploring ways to support our staff’s mental well-being. Our latest discovery? Hobbies. Engaging in activities you enjoy isn’t just fun; it’s essential for your mental health. That’s why we are launching The Art of Unwinding, a staff-led series of workshops aimed at introducing our team to the world of hobbies and the benefits they bring.
How Hobbies Boost Mental Health

Enhanced Physical Health: By releasing tension and increasing mental clarity,
Physical hobbies don’t only benefit your body, they also provide increased mental clarity and release tension.
